I thought that it would be nice to make a base out of my new avvie<3

EDIT EDIT: A lot of people have been asking about using this base for commissions. The answer is: No, I would not like this base to be used for commissions, whether for points or real money. ^u^ Making a base is not all that hard, and I'm sure that if you are good enough at art to be taking commissions then you can make a cute base as well!~

EDIT: I'm really happy that people like this base so much, and thank you all for your comments~ I have tried to answer them all but right now there are A LOT of them which I don't really have a lot of time to answer.
